Seion is a beautiful, soft, and rich matcha from Nishio with an integrated profile reminiscent of creamy oats, fragrant California almonds, and fresh, savory hearts of palm. Remarkably fragrant and sweet, Seion integrates seamlessly with milk and can shine on its own when whisked traditionally.

Received this as a promotion. I am in love with their Hukuju Matcha powder, but this one is also blowed my mind. So nutty and umami. Im not a specialist but this taste is something. I will reoder again! So good!!
