Useful
I like that these are quick and easy for me or the children to grab when we need a break. I don’t like that some of the suggestions mean I have to go gather things like essential oils or a ball, etc. It limits the usefulness in the moment. That being said, I really like the ideas inside and the fact that there are videos of each exercise or activity that I can reference.
