Xanthan Gum 2 oz. Jar

I've been eating gluten free for ten years and had given up homemade bread because, at the time, gluten free flour options were mostly "make your own" recipes. I purchased Nicole's blend and xanthan gum and WOW! I've made three loaves so far in my bread machine using Nicole's bread machine recipe. I LOVE IT! I forgot how wonderful it feels to bite into a fresh loaf of bread.

Just learning gluten free. It has been great experience using all of you recipies.

I made my son’s gluten free wedding cake using this Xanthan gum and it turned out perfect!
