Worst customer support on the planet

They have no chat, no phone support of any kind. You send them an email and they get back to you at their leisure.....not same day either. I got responses to an installation issue I was having 7 hrs afterwards....not helping when I need help now! Pretty sure by the response it was outsourced as well...cookie cutter responses that didn't really apply. I'm very disappointed in this company.
