a good Matcha for "thin tea". Balanced vegetal, umami and bitterness. I use it on a regular base, sometimes as well for matcha lattes.

Daichi matcha

Saw this matcha advertised and thought I would try it out. This blend is mellow and perfect for a matcha latte. Definitely adding this to one of my favorite brands.

This is the first time I've ordered the daichi matcha from this brand. I agree with the other reviews that the daichi matcha has a softer matcha flavor. It also is a bit sweeter than other matchas I've tried. If you prefer a more subtle matcha this would probably be a good option. I personally like stronger matcha, so this brand's Wakamatsu matcha is my favorite so far.
