Good and easy

So I purchased the remote control since I lost mine. Installing was very simple it paired up quickly just flow the directions. My sound bar is wired not the battery one. Great product thanks.

Good product but customer service is questionable

I had a need for a remote replacement. Even though I was within my warranty, I was forced to buy a replacement at $19.95 plus tax and shipping. When I questioned this, their reply was that the remote was fairly cheap, only $19.95. Like I’ve got a disposable income! So, very frustrating
