I’d give them 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐. The sunglasses are nice and I’m happy with the quality and style. However, my order took about a month to arrive, and communication could definitely be improved. It would be helpful if customers were regularly updated about the status of their orders, especially when there are delays. I sent two emails before I finally received a response. Overall, I’m happy with the product, but faster delivery and better communication would make the experience much better.
