Empirical water

I love this product. I’m coming from using third wave water for about 1.5 years. I used that diluted to half strength for reference. Empirical water is just so forgiving and it tastes more natural if that makes sense. Even if you do a “bad” brew, it’s still drinkable. The clarity is higher and the acidity has an overall better presence. Overall it’s less harsh than anything else I’ve used.
