Reasonable price, good communication. There is an option to describe your needs for hanging when purchasing the hardware. Make sure you make your needs clear and they will send what you require. Otherwise the hardware hanging kit as pictured is not necessarily sent. I found customer service to be very helpful.

The Custom Frames CSFYN1110 came in perfect condition, carefully packaged for shipment. The sizes were all different for each of the 6 frames I ordered and they were just as specified. They look amazing and finally I have my Eschers framed and proudly hung in our newly appointed Escher room. I gave an extra 2 weeks of time for processing and delivery and they came maybe a few days past the original promised date of 10 business days. I had contacted the company several times to check on the order and always received a phone call or email back within 24 hours. I would definitely order from them again!

Simple but exactly what I wanted

Wanted a simple black frame to compliment a non-standard size image purchased at a local artist fair. This was perfect! Workmanship was great and delivery was much sooner than I expected. Have already recommended Custom Frame Solutions to another.
