I initially left a 2 star review due to receiving two orange glow knockout trees, but one arrived pretty sick looking no within a week had lost almost all leaves and buds. After contacting Simply Trees customer service, they promptly sent out a replacement tree, which arrived looking gorgeous!! It’s also thriving well! Will absolutely do business again with Simply Trees. Gorgeous packaging and amazing customer service if there are any issues.
