Dual Tone Hand Knotted Silk & Wool Rug

Soft and comfortable, lint a part-time job

We got the dark blue and the color is super rich and saturated. It feels soft and comfy underfoot. Odor is mainly of textile/dye, and faded quickly. The lint is quite astonishing, and I could felt another rug with what I have vacuumed up so far. Undyed random fibers are showing through, but given the price and the large size I don't mind. Might take it for professional cleaning to get the lint issue resolved quickly. I do love this rug, in spite of all that.

Beautiful and Flawed

Some beautiful people spent hours hand knotting this gem of a rug. It is beautiful and I purchased it at a most excellent price. However it arrived with a mold odor (as confirmed in other reviews, so I was aware and explains the incredible price) and it has taken weeks to work this odor out. I am certain not all rugs arrive with this problem, so do not hesitate to buy from BBHHomes. Their products are excellent. My rug is beautiful, I love it and please leave a tip if you are able.
