Wagyu Tri Tip Rules
Anthony Bourdaine always said the tri tip steak was the most flavorful piece of meat and that it was a "Chefs cut". Now I understand his comment, just the right amount of texture and the flavor is outstanding! I like the 5 oz. protion, 2 minutes on each side on a 600 degree grill seasoned with only sea salt and butter, absolutely my favorite, I'm spoiled forever. I just ordered 11 more!
