The machine came without a manual. You can download one off the internet, but it is a very limited source for troubleshooting. I have called the manufacturer three times about an error code and I have yet to get a call back. I have had to leave my number multiple times because you do not get a person to answer when you call the help line. I would recommend going to with a different brand that has better customer service.
