Custom Frame CFSYH3210

The frame I ordered was delivered on time and looked 'picture perfect.' I didn't attempt to mount the photo until a few weeks later. At that time, I discovered the frame was slightly smaller than my specifications. I sent an e-mail late in the day PST and received a response within an hour. I was assured that a new frame would be sent quickly. It arrived 4 days later, looks perfect and the photo fits perfectly. Problems will happen and it is nice to know they will be resolved quickly and easily.

Frame was very well made, easy enough to put together. I didn't receive an email shipping notice, so it sat on my porch a couple days. Other than that, very pleased with the result.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I tried calling and e-mailing about a question on an order several times with no response. I will not be using your service again.
