N-1 Field Deck Jacket

Very well made jacket. Fits me perfectly. Can’t wait to use it in appropriate temperatures and weather. I also plan to buy from the site again, maybe suspenders?

The product looks great, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a great shopping experience. My measurements were right on the border between Small and Medium, so I ordered both, assuming I could return one at a reasonable cost. When I initiated the return, I was informed there would be a $7 charge for a prepaid shipping label—which was fine, if not ideal. However, I was later told I didn’t meet the threshold for free shipping, and was ultimately charged $23 to ship the item back. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to pay nearly a third of the item’s total cost just to return it. Given that my sizing will always be on the cusp with this brand, I’m hesitant to make another purchase. It’s disappointing because they really do offer cool products.
