Very comfortable pillow. You can adjust the height of the pillow by removing the amount of shredded latex to make it comfortable for you which is excellent. My neck feels well supported and I haven’t had any neck sprains on waking up. Would recommend.

Very comfortable for my sprain-prone neck and shoulders

I got the smaller shredded latex pillow over 2 weeks back but only got to use it this past week. I wanted some consecutive days of using it before leaving a review. Over the years my neck, shoulders and back had become prone to regularly end up with sprains lasting days to weeks. I read that pillows that mold to the spinal alignment would help. And I read that pillows with shredded material could fit different size heads/shoulders better than pre-moulded pillows, as they could customise to your form. As I wanted to go the natural route, I found innature and got their shredded latex pillow. I am happy to report that for the past 7 days I've been sleeping and waking comfortably, touch wood. I like that it's all natural (I have no rubber latex allergy) and that it keeps my head cool, unlike synthetic pillows. I hope my spine will continue to remain aligned while sleeping. Many thanks.
