Extremely pleased, and I'm picky

The company is based in Australia, and seems to take a lot of pride in their products. The construction is superb. Shipping was fast and easy, and there was zero Styrofoam to deal with. Even the pallet base was made from repurposed cardboard. Installation and startup was extremely simple, and the unit has been operating for a week and working very well. Outdoor Direct included the wifi module with the unit, which is not necessary but kind of handy. My only critiques would be that the app is kind of basic, and the installation manual could be a little better. I got through everything just fine, but I have some experience and knowledge. A fresh-out DIYer might struggle a little. I also had a couple of questions about the unit before I purchased it. I sent a note to the company, and their US rep called me to talk it over. Fantastic service! I'm extremely happy with both Madimack and Mandi at Outdoor Direct!
