While taking competitors versions of MTHF, the synthisized berry flavor was just not great. Lucky for me, Rho’s formulation tastes great, while delivering all the benefits that you’d expect. The added B12 is a plus and seems to help with sustained energy through the day. 5 stars!

Love This B-12 Complex
I have been taking this for almost 2 months now and love the energy it provides for me. I feel that I am able to workout longer and harder and recovery is quicker.

Feel much better
This is the best supplement I’ve ever had! I have more energy and feel better! I’m more focused and the 3 o’clock slump isn’t there.
