Idk , I can’t explain but I feel a difference from when I’m steady with my dose or if I get in hurry and leave without it ,, I prefer it right in the morning along with my ego creatine and my ego tongat Ali ,, seems to make a huge difference in my overall mood ,strength and lately my appearance

So easy!
I’ve gotten so tired of swallowing capsules. I absolutely love squeezing all my suppliments into a glass and easily drink in g them down - and they taste great. This gives me great energy. Thank you rho!
