Product good but SERVICE at Griff Building Supplies is bad

We are VERY disappointed by the customer service at Griff. We placed an online order and was told by email that we will be contacted within a few hours when our product is ready for pickup. No email or call while we waited the whole day. We waited the next morning and still no call/email. So we, as the customer, had to call Griff and was told it is actually ready for pickup. Service employees should improve their work habits!

One of the best!

Easily as good as the original source of 20+ years ago (3M). Keep warm, about body temperature, and it will work in extremely well with minimal skill. Do NOT use self leveling for anything!

it works very well flexes with the movement Put it in the sun before you use it otherwise it’ll destroy your hands trying to get it out soften it up with heat makes it much easier to apply
