Most Beautiful Tail I've Ever Owned! (Size M)
WOW! First off, I want to say thank you so, so, so much FinFun for creating such a beautiful tail that was inspired by the live action Little Mermaid. I've seen so many other tail companies try to recreate Ariel's Iconic tail, but your company takes the cake! So, so gorgeous and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to purchase this tail. Secondly, I just wanted to give a little background to my mermaid journey. I am still a very, very, very young mermaid in the process. I am 18 yrs old and started to truly dive into the world of mermaids just a few years ago, (2020 or so - today). I have always loved mermaids ever since I was a little girl and thought that it was just all just an imaginative dream that I could never truly pursue. But as I have grown up and am now a legal adult, I have discovered that being a mermaid is not only real and unique, but it is a tangible and legitimate career that I can actually pursue. Furthermore, I came across your company around 2022 and ever since I saw the Elite collection, I have always wanted one. Even more so, when FinFun came out with the Little Mermaid inspired tail, I wanted the tail even more. So, I say all this to say thank you FinFun for creating this tail and making many little girls' dreams come true; just as you did for me.
REVIEW - The tail itself is absolutely gorgeous. I have swam in it about 3 times in very chlorinated water (which I was not too excited about). I live in WV so there are not that many indoor pools that are high quality. During the summer I plan to swim in outdoor and more sanitary pools. The color of the tail has not faded or darkened at all and there has been only some very, very tiny fuzziness damage after I swim; mainly on the fluke. Other than the fuzziness, there is no tears or any further wear to the tail. The quality is truly high and topnotch as well as buttery smooth fabric feeling. Since it is also scuba knit fabric, you stay very warm and comfortable in the tail. I have never swam with vinyl up until I bought this tail, so you will see in the footage that I am struggling a little bit with swimming very far. Moreover, there is a little more drag on this Elite tail because of fluttery side fins on the fluke. In terms of the monofin, I have never owned a more powerful monofin than the Oasis fin. I did purchased the AMP monofin back in 2021 and have only used that one since then. However, I will be using the Oasis from now on (or any other monfins I come across later in the future). It is so powerful and super, super comfortable! Furthermore, there is a very high feeling of security and the foot pockets truly feel as if they are "glued" to your feet. In other words, the Oasis monofin will not fall off! Overall, this tail is an amazing, beautiful, strong, vibrant, and gorgeous tail for any Professional Mermaid looking for Ariel's tail!
