Great product. Shipping came fast, product was as described and was able to put 2025 Tacoma TRD Wheels on my 2002 4Runner. Customer service was awesome and answered all my questions. I confirmed before buying because I already had to return another set of wheel spacers.

Customer service needs work

When I initially contacted your company to get my Wheel adapters I spoke with Andrew who was able to provide me accurate and timely information on my adapter purchase. However on that same phone call he told me that they would ship out on that same day. This was on a Friday. But by Tuesday I still had not received any tracking numbers so I began what turned out to be a three day process trying to have somebody give me information on my order. I left several messages for Andrew to call me back and never received one single call back and it turned out that the adapters needed to be fabricated contrary to what he had told me when I purchased them on the preceeding Friday. I left at least four voicemails and not one call back which to me is unacceptable level of customer service. That being said I finally received my Wheel adapters, and they were a quality product. It’s a shame that the customer service and doesn’t match the quality of the product itself.
