Shipping was fast. Came in a beautiful box packaged properly, thus everything came in excellent condition. Necklace was easy to tighten/loosen. And very comfortable and secured. Too many cute charms to choose from. Quality of the charms is superb, all individually packaged and came in a dust bag. Good gift idea for other furbabies.

My furkid loves it

Bought this for my furkid and she loved it . In fact she was not happy that when I removed it from her neck . However one disappointment is that paint came off from one of the pendants just within days as my dog scratched it . Quality could have been improved .
