Only tried ground beef so far, it made a terrific meat sauce!

I received a nice variety of cuts and some ground beef. I think it was a New York strip, a Ribeye, a Chuck Roast, some stew meat, some Ribs, and ground beef. It was a nice selection. In its preparation, the flavor was really what I was looking for and something I just can't seem to find at grocery stores. I liked it so much, I ordered a half beef!!
