It came melted. I followed the directions and put it in the refrigerator for a day upside down and then took it out. It stayed a very soft consistency. I put it back in upside down for days and after I took it out it returned to a very soft consistency. Too soft to apply normally. Very disappointed.

I had received a travel size instead of full size deodorant. After informing the company, they sent a full size right away. Great customer service for a great product.

Expensive, but like the product. I have found some other natural deodorants that work just as well for half the price is the only reason for the 4 stars
