Amish Garden Wood Cardinal Whirlybird Wind Spinner

Paint was still tacky when I opened the box. The poll doesn’t fit properly and is too short to mount or ground and catch wind.

Terrible. I had high hopes for it and the wings never rotate. I even checked to ensure nothing was binding them and it’s simply because they are not balanced. Really poor workmanship. Very disappointed.
