Mixed feelings on the product

The new one is great but so was the first one I bought 18 months ago. I sent it off to your suggested repair shop it was returned, worked for a while then quit again. Very frustrated that I bought what I thought was a charger that would last more than a year or two. They work really good when they are working! Can I purchase an extended warranty for a small fee for the grief?

Best investment I have ever made purchasing electric fence box. This box replaced 3 Charger I was using around pasture. Purchase a marine battery & 100 watt solar panel been using it for over 4 months without any issues.
