PHRASES MIDI Beat Pack Vol. 2 for Addictive Drums

I made a mistake with my purchase (I confused MIDI files with presets due to the product presentation) and realized it after downloading. The seller did respond, but simply stated that since the files were downloaded, nothing could be done. Beyond policies, the lack of judgment and empathy negatively defines the experience.
