Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop after my experience with the owner. My package had been lost in transit with no movement for nearly two weeks. I reached out and was told the package was insured, but that it was “out of their hands” and I needed to handle it with USPS myself. I followed those instructions and contacted USPS, who directed me back to the seller/shipper for assistance. When I returned to the owner and requested a refund for the merchandise I never received, rather than working toward a resolution, I was told I was “not willing to cooperate with how they operate” and that they would no longer do business with me. Hopefully your order arrives without issue, because based on my experience, getting help when something goes wrong may result in you no longer being welcome as a customer. Very disappointing customer service experience.
