Highly recommend

I highly recommend this prenatal vitamin. I had to go through two other brands that made me sick before finding these ones. These vitamins have all the essentials that I was looking for for my pregnancy (folate, iron, DHA, choline and more) and there are no fishy burps. A daily dose is three capsules so I take one in the morning, afternoon and night. The capsules are not too big and no issue swallowing them. My body is extremely sensitive and a lot of foods and vitamins make me sick, but I have had no issues or side effects with these vitamins. They are amazing and I recommend them to anyone looking for a prenatal vitamin.
