The Eclipse

The Eclipse saber exceeded my expectations. However, before I praise the saber, I must say that their customer service is still deplorable. This was my second purchase from them, after they sent the wrong item the first time and did not give any response when I tried to resolve the issue with them. I tried to show good faith by ordering this Eclipse saber, as I wanted it and I very much enjoy it, but they still show no signs of working even with a repeat customer. With that said, the Eclipse saber is truly a work of art. The hilt is beautifully constructed, from metal that feels weighty and authentic. The Pixel technology is impressive, and the saber pairs via Bluetooth to an app on my phone for a great number of customization options. I would love to order from them again if I have the assurance that they will send the right product or have good customer service, but otherwise, it is a gamble of nearly a thousand dollars.
