I had a great experience with this company. My first bracelet arrived on time. It had some kind of mark on it. I contacted customer service the same day and they responded within minutes. I tried sending pictures but this bracelet gleams with the smallest bit of light so it was hard to get a clear picture. I sent the bracelet back, free shipping. They sent a replacement either the same day or next day after receiving the bracelet. Excellent customer service!! This was a gift and he loved it! I got the 9in, he liked his to hang a little so it can be seen when wearing long sleeves. Definitely use the size guide from the site so you know how it'll fit. The bracelet looks great and we love the button feature to put it on/off.
