Go I - Casual Barefoot Shoes(Upgrade)

These are my first barefoot shoes and I couldn’t be happier with them. Lovely design, high quality materials (and yet light weight) and supreme comfort make them an absolute joy to wear. It also only took me a couple of days to adapt to them after years of wearing padded trainers with arch support. I love the feeling of connection with the ground and the way my posture feels aligned. Just like walking bare foot but with a layer of protection from stones and sharp objects. My next purchase will be a pair of heavier duty hiking shoes from this brand.

As a professional Musician (Drummer) I've been searching for a pair of shoes that would allow me to feel the pedals with the upmost flexibility! These shoes are "IT"! Customer service was extremely helpful and very accommodating! 5 Stars all around!

This is currently my problem. I received the shoe and even though I followed the directions on the sizing guide my foot is swimming in the shoe. I initiated a refund approximately 5 - 6 days ago and I have heard nothing. I also went into the website to try to cancel again however it showed that it is still in progress. How long could this possibly take? I sent pictures and the shoes are unworn and perfect. I "thought" your company was reputable. I also see it's been offshored to China. The process is not timely or efficient.
