Hapstone RS Standard Knife Sharpener

Love how well it maintains the sharpening angle only 2 cons for me maybe its the stones I have theh don't sit right and I tried to sharpening a small case knife and the holder would not clamp dwn enough knofe would move

While I don't have a crazy amount of experience, I do know great quality when I use it. This system is great for those who would love to start with a fixed angle kit and then add their preferred stone types instead of paying for a system with included stones that might not be your type. Simple construction leaves no room for interpretation that end in poor result.

Wished the bolt on the underside of the clamps were recessed more. That way I can clamp the knife deeper without the stones hitting the bolt. Otherwise good.
