Ocean wave - Deep wave K-Tips

Hi! My client and I were unfortunately really disappointed with the quality of the hair. It sheds excessively, to the point that I’ll have to remove my client’s K-Tips and source new extensions from another vendor. I absolutely love everything Kay does, so it genuinely broke my heart to have to give this feedback, and I pray it’s received with love. I can send photos if needed. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done, but I wanted to reach out and see. Please let me know. Thank you so much!

Great hair

I ordered this hair w/o any prior knowledge or recommendation. In my opinon it's pretty good but can get tangled at times. There is a substantial amount of shedding not sure if it's because it's k-tips. but definitely responds well to heat holds a good curl and has luster! My stylist who performed my K=Tip service was not a fan with the Keratin attached to the hair she said it doesn't melt well. But overall great customer service.
