First off Nita was amazing. Very communicative. Super sweet. And sent me videos throughout the process. She packaged up my toilet seat flawlessly and I received it without a break or scratch. And to my surprise the seat actually is comfortable and made my toilet seem a tad bit taller which as a tall girl I appreciated. And for reference I am the order that was the tropical-ish toilet seat lol THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
