Stella Horseshoe Ring

Did not expect the top charm would fall out while wearing , i didn't know when or how :( now i can't wear it anymore

It was too thick to fit in my helix piercing, but that’s okay. The problem is no matter how much I tightened the screw of the little star, it would fall off. I’ve lost both the dangly star and the smaller screw-on star.
