4 stars because she bit the sucker out of habit and also couldn't quite get it all the way down. More of a skill issue because we got much further than usual, the product works pretty well. I think it will work better or worse depending on the person using it, but either way expect results

It didn't change my gagreflexes at all and the taste was tolerably good.
