Helps with mid-day slump!

I've always hit a wall around mid-afternoon, and my go-to fix was another cup of coffee or an energy drink. (Yes, I know, terrible for me.) Since discovering Dr. Tennant's Ancient Earth, I haven't needed either one. It gives me clean, steady energy that carries me through the whole day. No jitters, no racing heart, and no crash a couple of hours later like I'd get with caffeine. I just feel focused and level from morning to evening. More Energy Throughout the Day

Since I started taking Ancient Earth, I’ve felt more active and energized throughout the day. I’m getting through my usual tasks without feeling as tired by the afternoon. That’s the difference I’ve noticed most.

Definitely gives me the energy I need throughout the day. Had the girls over one night, gave them some raw materials and boy did we have fun dancing! Even the girls who were tired. I definitely recommend raw materials!
