Subpar packaging/Quality Lifetime Grate

I'm very happy with my grate, the quality, and the price. That being said, I was disappointed when I found my grate on my front porch in a box that was already opened, and barely holding up with some clear tape clinging onto the box. I couldn't believe that it was so poorly packaged. I knew it was heavy, so I expected it to be packaged accordingly. It was loose in a box without being wrapped and secured in Styrofoam. I would love to give you a 5-star rating, but I can't overlook that.

Fantastic grate!!

I first purchased this same grate about 5 years ago for my very large fireplace, after searching for 20 years for one suitable for the size. While it isn’t quite a lifetime grate as advertised, my existing one has years of remaining life despite having huge fires almost nightly during my cold PA winters, as I burn from September into May. I am very satisfied and grateful for Northline supplying such a quality product, and when my current one eventually burns out (it has burned through in one small spot) I’ll have its replacement on hand. I highly recommend this product.
