Bag is beautiful but if your wanting to wait nearly 2 months for it, i was told it would be shipped by a certain date then it still wasnt then told another date and still wasnt shipped. Took ridiculously long to come

The order came quick and the bag is very beautiful but its a little smaller than on the pictures.

The bag feels good quality and smooth. Lots of pockets through out and a padded area for your laptop (fits 16”). However, the shipping, communication, wait was extremely disappointing. Numerous emails between myself and the AI bot, but only once did a real person reach out to confirm specifics regarding my purchase. It took well over a month with no details given, false information and then the shipping started in China and was dropshipped. Maybe i should have known better. I wouldnt order from them, and even considered cancelling my order but was too worried I wouldnt be able to get a refund or wouldn’t be able to make contact with anyone.
