The bag feels good quality and smooth. Lots of pockets through out and a padded area for your laptop (fits 16”). However, the shipping, communication, wait was extremely disappointing. Numerous emails between myself and the AI bot, but only once did a real person reach out to confirm specifics regarding my purchase. It took well over a month with no details given, false information and then the shipping started in China and was dropshipped. Maybe i should have known better. I wouldnt order from them, and even considered cancelling my order but was too worried I wouldnt be able to get a refund or wouldn’t be able to make contact with anyone.

I gave 5 stars so this would be at the top but it actually deserves 2 stars. Very flimsy bag, shein quality. For 66 euros i expected more. Its still ok to use for outfits but if you need a decent school/work bag this isnt it.

Its a nice bag, but the quality could be much better. The zipper easily broke after two days of receiving the product. The vegan leather is nice and soft, and isnt stiff at all which i loved. Not worth the price, but is a good bag if youre not expecting incredible quality.
