The idea of the ring is great, it just needs some tweaks to make it perfect. Unfortunately the ball clasp needs to be constantly adjusted. After a few uses it doesn’t stay closed. I was able to receive a replacement ring but it’s the same situation. I mostly wear it closed and I do not use the lip balm to prevent the clasp from breaking.

Worth the wait

Great product, however I order a couple weeks to try and get it in for the holidays…. Ended uo arriving well after.

Wonderful product even better customer service

I absolutely love this product. It's sleek and fashionable. My ring was very hard to open and I reached out to customer service to inquire if this was a normal thing, they replied immediately and offered to send me a new ring as I was able to prove how hard it was to open. Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend this product to anyone who loves having lip balm readily available!
