Bought the large diamond patterned vase to replace one that succumbed to a wind storm. In error, I received the smaller one. I emailed rust and cinder and not only got a very quick response, but they replaced the item with the large vase at their expense. I am delighted. After that I decided to but another vase to support this kindness.
