Really disappointed at the inferior zipper on this hoody.

Great item, overall. It was extremely difficult to find what I wanted in my size and I did get all of that in this item. However, the hood string needed a lot of work, since the pull tie had been pulled completely through on one side. I used a snow day and made it work.

I purchased a 2XL and it fits great! The sleeves are actually a little too long which has never happened to me before! 🥰
