Love the jacket, and best part, customer service was the best. The jacket runs a bit larger to size and I requested a return for an exchange to a smaller one. They were so nice over the phone and did a zero hazzel return label for me via email. Jacket was mailed to me via UPS promtly both times. So nice to do business with The Boot Jack. One of my favorite online stores now. The jacket looks great with the matching pants doe the set.
