What the?

Purchased Appointment with high hopes, I currently use both light sprays and the moisturizing cream I would give 10 star. This product fell short of my high expectations. I applied it as instructed and found my shower to transform into a polkadot it stains and causes so many flakes. It looks like black paint that has peaked off the walls. More of a nuisance I do not like this project at all.
