The Titanic Letters

I have been trying to change the address since I ordered it. I’ve emailed several times and no one will ever email me back or give any support.

I am reviewing the general experience of this item. The letters do come every couple weeks. However, I've been skipped a couple of letters and I've reached out to the company and I've been completely ignored. I've sent out probably seven emails to them and the only thing I get is an auto reply. They're not following up on customer concerns or inquiries. And when you can only email to get a solution that is extremely concerning. Plus, you can't post reviews on their website. I'm thinking maybe those reviews are phony or made up. Proceed with caution folks. I am not at all impressed so far.

Purchased The Titanic Letters as a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. She loves anything that involves mystery, and she is also a lover for anything that involves The Titanic. She has received two of the letters so far and both times you can see the excitement taking over as she nestles down on the sofa into her “comfy reading spot”, just seeing the joy and excitement is more than enough to say that the letters are worth their weight in gold. Thank you for a providing such a unique and different gift that has truly been both fun and worthwhile!
