The lemon flavor isn't fantastic but certainly think it helps speed up recovery from a big night! definitely recommend!

Definitely helped save my ears....with 2 concerts in 1 week these little beauties made it easy to hear the music but cut out the damage. Super comfortable. They do drop the decibels a lot though. I would like to have a pair that didn't cut the decibels so much.
