Great red color and customer service

This red would look great on anyone! It’s my first red lipstick and the ladies at Lisa Eldridge helped me via email and photos to help find the perfect red. They offered a couple different shades but I went with Velvet Ribbon. It’s extremely saturated and long lasting. On the downside, the lipstick broke after four uses due after a shipping issue. The customer service at Lisa Eldridge is outstanding as they got back to me right away to help resolve the issue. I’ll be a life long customer for this reason and the high quality products.

The velvety, not-dry texture works perfectly for my mature skin. The color gives my face the perfect punch to glam!
