unfortunately, the vibration even went set on its highest. You can’t even feel it on your wrist now it definitely works, but the trouble is unless your hand is on the watch you cannot feel the vibration. I’ve tried it. I reached out to Customer service. There’s nothing much you can do which really makes it useless if you can’t feel it.

Zero tch support on the device. Have submitted several requests and no one replies. At this point i just want my money back….
