Update: I spoke to a friendly human, and they refunded the return shipping cost due to the item not being as described. What a relief. Though still disappointing to have to go through this process. The item itself is great, as far as I can tell, if you receive a truly pristine one. Original review: Faint but distinct dark brown stains over the *entire* front. Categorized as “pristine.” And their return site just informed me that its “only $17” for them to pick it up for a return. What a deal. I can get a lower rate if I pay for the shipping myself, but the user interface wasn’t entirely clear — so I may have just agreed to pay a return shipping charge that’s nearly half the cost of the original item. Disappointing and bizarre.
